What is happiness for you? Is it a feeling, a moment or a state of being?

Imagine your cup of coffee or a favourite drink in the morning. What a nice smell and taste, isn’t it? The second cup, or even third might not taste that good anymore, or less so. By fourth or fifth cup, it will perhaps turn into distaste.

Unlike emotions that come and go, happiness does not diminish. It remains constant despite your highs and lows. To maintain it, you need to strengthen your well-being with uplifting factors, like:
