Pear Tiramisu Trifle

This homemade tiramisu trifle is super easy and quick to assemble. No eggs, no coffee, no ladyfingers cookies.

Ingredients: 300g pears, 50g sugar, 250g mascarpone, 180g yogurt, 220g chestnut puree, 20ml Williams, 10g cocoa powder for dusting.


  1. Wash pears, peel and core, cut into small pieces. Place them into pot, add 20g sugar (I used agave sirup), and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine mascarpone, yogurt, chestnut puree (or any nut puree), 30g sugar and Williams. Whisk the mixture, but do not over-whisk.
  3. Take 4 clear glasses. Place poached pears, add mascarpone mixture and sprinkle with cocoa and repeat. Let cool in the fridge before serving.
