This homemade tiramisu trifle is super easy and quick to assemble. No eggs, no coffee, no ladyfingers cookies.
Ingredients: 300g pears, 50g sugar, 250g mascarpone, 180g yogurt, 220g chestnut puree, 20ml Williams, 10g cocoa powder for dusting.
- Wash pears, peel and core, cut into small pieces. Place them into pot, add 20g sugar (I used agave sirup), and cook for 5 minutes.
- Combine mascarpone, yogurt, chestnut puree (or any nut puree), 30g sugar and Williams. Whisk the mixture, but do not over-whisk.
- Take 4 clear glasses. Place poached pears, add mascarpone mixture and sprinkle with cocoa and repeat. Let cool in the fridge before serving.
